Teton Assisted Living is incorporated in the State of Wyoming. The IRS has approved our organization as a 501(c)3 non-profit, EIN #93-3297157. In November of 2022, Teton County residents supported our request for some initial SPET funding specifically for planning, consulting, and design of a new Assisted Living Facility. This financial support did not include land acquisition, construction of a new facility, or initial operating funds. In 2024, Teton Assisted Living hired HDG Consultants to develop a Business Plan. They completed the plan and determined that Teton Assisted Living could succeed in our community as a non-profit public/private partnership.
We are currently trying to acquire a suitable 2-3-acre parcel of land within Teton County. We are asking our friends and neighbors to support this project through land acquisition, construction, and the first two years of operations. Your donations are greatly appreciated. We believe that our seniors should be able to remain in Jackson Hole throughout their lives. Families should be able to share time together in Teton County and enjoy special events such as holidays, birthdays, weddings, and graduations.
