Kevin Cochary
TAL Board Chairman
Kevin first lived in Teton County in 1988 and 1989 while working as a park ranger for Grand Teton National Park. After a 40-year career with the National Park Service, Kevin, his wife Jamee, and their daughter Nicole moved back to their home in Jackson in 2016. When Legacy Lodge closed in 2021, Kevin started working with many people who wanted to see an Assisted Living facility return to Jackson Hole. He hopes to ensure that seniors will always have a place to call home in Jackson Hole.

Michael Schrotz
TAL Board Secretary
Retired after 38 years of federal service with the Forest Service, Michael had a long career in land and resource management, community connection, and many years of volunteer work. He currently serves as Vice-President of the Senior Center Board. His interest is to provide an active location for seniors to play, exercise, think, share stories, and share meals together. Assisted Living is not available in Jackson Hole. It is important to reinstitute AL for those who require assistance with daily activities.

Anne Schuler
TAL Board Treasurer
Anne has lived in Jackson, WY for over 20 years owning and operating Brilliantly Done. Anne is an active volunteer in the community and has a passion for health and human services. She currently serves on the board and is the Treasurer of the Senior Center of Jackson Hole and Mental Health and Recovery Services of Jackson Hole. Anne recently retired from the Town of Jackson Planning Commission after nine years of service. Prior to moving to Jackson, Anne worked as an investment banker focused on the transportation industry at JP Morgan Chase.

Leonard Lucas
Len and his wife, Susan, purchased their Teton Village home in 2013 and have been residents since 2018. For many years, Len practiced real estate law in his home state of Massachusetts. In addition, he brings the Board 20+ years of real estate finance experience as a HUD-insured multifamily and senior housing loan originator. His resume includes originating the construction loan for the Sagebrush Apartments in downtown Jackson.

Jamie Turner
Jamie Turner has been a proud resident of Teton County for over 25 years, raising her family in the heart of Jackson Hole. A member of the family that operates the historic Triangle X Ranch in Grand Teton National Park—serving guests for nearly a century—Jamie is deeply rooted in the valley’s heritage. As a board member of the Senior Center and a top producer with Trinity Real Estate Group, she is committed to ensuring that the people who built this community have the opportunity to remain here if they wish. Her dedication reflects a lifelong commitment to preserving both the spirit and the people of Jackson Hole.

David Auge
David moved to Jackson, Wyoming in 1973 and worked for his father at Teton Motors for two summers and then as a river guide for the next three summers. He graduated in 1977 and started working at Teton Motors. His Dad, Earle, retired in 1990 and became the owner-operator, welcoming his brother Jim into the business. The brothers are still running the company today. He has been an active community member for over 45 years, including 1st Baptist Church and Kiwanis, as well as serving on several non-profit Boards. He is married to Jenifer Fay Auge and has two daughters and two grand-twins, Alara and RJ.
